Complaint Review: A-Z Travel Center travelbridge

Travelbridge has started operating under the name A-Z Travel Center. They even answer the phone as "Travel Center" and the Travelbridge web site and AZ Travel Center web site are identical.

I beleive they have done this as a move to avoid having to pay all the back owed commissions that have not been paid in the past year. Travelbridge owes thousands in past commissions which they have received but have not paid out to the members responsiable for bringing those reservations to them in the first place. Not to mention the contract that Travelbridge signed clearly states that the member gets 50% of all commissions from booking made with their pin number.

Also if there are any outstanding bookings that were made with Travelbridge they have been changed to AZ Travel Center with a different phone number which i have been unable to obtain from the "Travel Center" or directory assistance. I do know this muc of it however 480-483-43??. That was all the vendor was willing to give me when I called to get an update on final payment so that I could net out the reservation and get my money for it. Which is what Travelbridge was telling us to do.

Of course if you do net it out and are unable to get the vendor to send documents directly to you Travelbridge will hold your documents hostage until you pay them, even if they owe you more money than they claim is owed to them for that one reservation.

A-Z Travel Center is just as crooked as Travelbridge since they have the same people running the same company just under a different name. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!
