Complaint Review: A1 American Plumbing

I have been an insurance adjuster for many years now and when I see a plumbing invoice from this company, it usually makes me very upset. Most insurance companies do not cover plumbing repairs, but pay for the resulting water damage. Therefore, the customer is stuck with the bill. I reviewed an invoice in March 2012 from this company for a one hour repair to a polybutylene pipe under a sink. It involved cutting out a small piece of drywall and repairing a very small section of pipe. Their bill was almost $900.00 and the poor elderly customer is going to have to pay this. I can't imagine they have any repeat customers and they must only go for the "one and done". Beware of this company!!!
