This company incorrectly installed an auto windshield resulting in leaking and a wind tunnel effect. They have been completely reluctant to complete the repair.
Phone calls to the manager and general manager are not answered or returned.
Installers have not shown up for repair on 5 consecutive days, nor do they call to say they are not coming after you've been waiting past the allotted time.
Secretaries convienently hang up on you and they have no idea of the whereabouts or time of arrival of the installer.
