I purchased 2 bumpers at a swap meet in Logan,Utah. The front bumper for the 71 roadrunner was on hand and the second was promised to be delivered shortly. After 9 months, numerous phone calls, emails,texts, and multiple promises I still have no bumper. Juan promised he would make it right, but he is a con man and a liar. I have seen other reports where he has done the same to other customers. I think he does this primarily at swap meets. He needs to be banned and shut down!
i made the mistake of paying by check. Juan said he had ran too many credit transactions and could only take cash or check at this point.
