Today, 4/30/03, I faxed over my request for vacation time. I ordered my package on 4/17/03 and still have NOT received it. I had a form faxed to me which i filled out and faxed back to you.

I would like to arrive on Wed. july 16,2003 and depart sat. july 19,2003. i would like to take the tour (which i was told twice i would NOT have to take) first thing wed morning, so that i may get it over with and attempt to enjoy the rest of my mini vacation. (is that 4 days/3nights???)

at a later date, i will book daytona. as i understand, i will not have to tour a second for the daytona vacation (?)....

Hi Cheri,

You only have to tour the one time. In Daytona you have the option. For the extra nights, I only have your request for Orlando as arrival 7/16 and departure 7/19 this is only 3 nights. Should there be more? If so the extra nights cost $50 per night and I will need to send over a credit card authorization form. If there is a change let me know. Thank you.

I specifically asked twice in the beginning if i had to be married, and if i had to tour something (Jim Lyle) and was told no... later i found out i would have to tour... hmmmmm....
my other question is ..... i am sure i will need additional nights... probably one day before and one day after... currently i have requested wed - sat.

Ok. Now if I remember you were going to arrange your late night arrival yourself. Is this correct? Everything else is confirmed. Just send in the Daytona certificate when you are ready to book that stay 30 days prior to arrival. Ask for Epcot tickets when you check into your resort in Orlando. I will email your check in voucher and it has already been sent out in the regular mail. Let me know if you need anything else. Thank you.

Let me start from the beginning as i am sure you are lost...( i know i am confused)
I live in panama city beach. on april 17- i received a fax stating "To All Employees" "From Corporate Travel Department" Orlando & Disney Special 4 days 3 nights. 2 one day passes to disney $79.00 pp iwth bonus vacation to daytona.
800-720-9306. I spoke with Jim Lyle. Nicole processed verification #8893476. The first thing I asked was if i needed to tour anything. each told me no. I asked if i needed to be married. each told me no. jim lyle explained Emerihost Hotels either 1King or 2Queen,fridge,PS2,2 heated pools,jacuzzi,etc. they are AAA rated, 3 stars or better. the only thing i was told as to location of hotel is that it is located 1 mile to disney entrance. i asked more than once.
I have been given 2 different web sites to visit. wholesaleorlando.com and the a1discountvacations.
on april 18- after looking at sites on the internet, i called 877-353-5015 and was reassured i would NOT need to tour, only through sister companies would this be necessary. i was told on monday to call 888-259-6467 to make reservations. the number was having errors-a sprint error message was recorded. i called back to -5015 and explained situation. i was advised by the person i spoke with that he was driving over to THAT location and would personally check to see what the problem was.(yea right) later that evening, still could not get through, called back and was told, "ohyea, we had someone else tell us the same thing"...(jim geeen?)
the next day i called and spoke with bob with magical memories. explained senario to him. he repeated over and over that i reached him in error that he did not have my information. and at that point he suggested i speak with either you or terrance.
my first call was on april 17th. i had problems receiving my package. terrance was kind enough to have it over nighted to me, which i finally received pkg this past mon, 5-5-03. no where could i find info on hotel. i checked my email today and the info i received from you states Ramada 1000. thankyou.
my questions are..... are you involved with the original group of people i had originally spoke with on the 17th???? Or... are these two different groups??? if so, this may explain some of the confusion (if so, do i have to tour-originally told not required)...
is ramada 1000 part of amerihost??? will rooms have fridge, ps23, etcas as lyle explained?????
lyle told me that accomodations were 1 mile from entrance...according to expedia.com, s johns young pky is 12 miles to universal, it appears to be more than 1 mile from disney entrance. how much would a shuttle cost from hotel to universal??? mr. lyle had mentioned shuttle rides from hotel/condo to theme park.

the paper work you emailed to me states "you and your spouse are required to tour. single men & women if qualified may tour alone." i am not married. i may have a friend come with me and my twins.
i would like to go ahead and book the additional night asap. for late arrival the night before.... on the phone we had discussed the options of scheduling "the tour". i would like for this to be first thing wed. morning so we will have time to attend universal.
