A1 Fence USA, INC ripoff, lied Frisco Texas
On 5/9/2006, I accepted a quote from Fence-USA to remove my old property fence and replace with a new board on board in the amount of $5788.00. I paid one-half of that amount by check, check number #4038.
On 5/22/2006 work began. The crew left the job site on 5/24. On 6/2/2006, I did a walk around the fence with Ivan, the president of the company. I explained to him that I was not satisfied with the quality and would like the cracked boards replace. I had taken pictures earlier and forwarded them to him by e-mail. You can see all of the photos at:

During the walk around I point out the cracked boards. Ivan said that he would have the cracked boards replace.
On Friday, June 9, Fence USA sent workers to replace only two of the cracked boards. I had pointed out at least 10 to Ivan on 6/2/2006 when we reviewed the job.
I purchased this fence because it was a board on board, expecting it not to have cracks that allowed light to pass through or people to see in. That is not what I got due to all the cracks in the inferior wood that was used by Fence USA.
If I wanted the fence to allowed light to pass through or people to see in, I would have requested a side by side design.

I wanted to add that the fence we built for Gregory looked so good that his neighbor had us build there fence too. Gregory has his address post. Please go look at the fence and judge for yourself. I'm confident that it still looks good after two years!

The cracks in the fence were very small. We agreed to replace four pickets during the walk through, for this is all that Geogory could find. The four pickets that we found were very hard to see. Gregory keep trying to find more pickets with cracks, but they were so small he had a hard time finding them. When my crews showed up to replace the four pickets I agreed to replace, my crew informed me that he had mark more than four pickets. They informed me that only four were in need of replacement. Gregory filed a complaint with the BBB. The BBB would not file the complaint, for Gregory's complaint was not justified and he was very rude to the BBB on the phone. I wish Gregory would post pictures of the fence, for it is very beautiful! Also, Gregory had request a full refund, and wanted to keep the fence too. I don't understand his complaint!
Sincerely, Ivan Gassman, President of Fence USA Inc.
