A1 Maytag Refused to talk to me about the problems with the oven spring, Texas
Purchased Maytag double wall oven that did not work. Burned the food on top, raw in the middle, uncontrollable temps, stays in preheat mode never reaching the set temperature, top burner comes on and stays on, hence charring the food. Tried to talk to A1 Maytag but he refused to talk to me; referred me to Maytag 1-800. Pass, pass, pass, deny, deny, deny,no concern for the consumer's defective appliance. Four technicians and five service calls did not put it in operation. I sit here with a piece of junk with no resolution in sight.
