This guy runs a scam where he posts legitimate looking housing on Craigslist. You email him with your phone # and he texts you, saying to fill out a refundable application fee. He wants you to wire him $199 for a deposit. Prefers western union so no chargebacks. His "company", A1 Realty Home, is a total scam - site linked here: http://a1realityhouse.com/aboutus.html
The phone # he text from is 323-510-6697 but he will probably just change it as soon as he sees this.
