After only asking the locksmith to key 2 locks, he lied and said he was unable to key my locks without even looking at them. Aside from the fact that he was an hour late and had to go back out to get more hardware, he changed 4 locks and the hardware, saying that the bolts were too rusty to change. He charged me $300 for a job that was not well done. The bottom door lock was unable to turn, and the top lock, I don't know how he did this, but was installed crookedly.
