A1 Traveling Consultants True Marketing, Move Now Vacation The customer service rep has an bad attitude. When I call about my package deal to ask when would I be able to book my vacation after I've sent my money, they directed me to different reps and continuously hung up on me several times. I call back to ask for an refund the rep fave me an email that doesn't exist. Nationwide

A flyer was sent through fax on the job about Vacation promotion. I called they explained about the promotion. It sounded like a good deal. I was told by a rep Taylor that I needed to pay $324 because you have to book 90 days in advance . Being that if I wanna take the trip on my birthday week. I agreed and gave them authorization to debit the funds from my bank account. Shortly afterward I received an email stating that I have to send a $69 money order for an activation fee. I called to find out what else has to be done. The rep was extremely rude and hanging up. I've sent the money orders and check my account it was payment in the form on a check. I called back later insisting on a refund. I told the rep I feel as if I've given you my money done what you ask and when I call to inquire about my vacation I get hung up on , put on hold, a rep saying what they not gonna deal with or someone gets the phone speaking Spanish.
