My experince is the same as everyone else's. They REFUSE to pay rebates out. In my case I got my first rebate but not my second rebate. The first one was for $50 and the second was for $100. They said that I didn't include my 3rd months bill, but I know I did. I even kept copies for myself. I offered to send them another copy of the bill, but they said they will only process each rebate once.
bottom line "DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!" You think you're saving money because of the rebates but you're not.
