Complaint Review: A1 Wireless

When you order mobile phone with service they offer rebate forms. they will ask you to send in a particular time frame like after 150days and befor 180days.

I did everything . but they sent me a letter saying that the rebate form was not filled completely.
i have the copies of the forms i filled. i sent them an email message saying that i have the copies. they sent me an email back saying that they are looking into it.

IF you carefully look at their emails or letters, they dont have any real address only post box and they dont even mention the phone number to contact.
