Complaint Review: A1essays.com (KIT Professionals Services Inc.)

This company is a complete scam. It offers consumers custom professional writing and garuanteed satisfaction. I ordered a 7 page custom work and they sent me 5 pages of copied material. This company does not have a phone number.

I contacted them several times by email and through their useless online chat. I did not get a response until 6 days after. By this time my deadline has passed and so I requested a refund. They would not refund me my money.

Even they had the writer contact me directly and she argued that nobody has ever complained about her work. I am really shocked about how this company conducts business.

They do not take responsibility for their work and falsely advertise on their site.

Even the specifications for their work is completely a lie. They boast 1 inch margins and 300 words per page. This is completely a lie.

I recieved 5 pages of copied content at 1.25" margins. Please nobody order from this company. They would just send you plagarized work and their customer service is really below standards. I was taken for $140 and the worst part is I did not meet my deadline.
