I looked on their website and found they had deals too good to be true so I signed a 1 year contract with one of their deals. I received the phone in a timely manner and filled out all my rebates and made sure I completed everything it wanted me to. I wanted to make sure I was going to get the rebates. I was supposed to get $100 from T-Mobile and $225 ($100 and $125) from A1Wireless after the 2nd and 3rd month with T-mobile.

I got the T-Mobile rebate in 1 month and I was just waiting for the T-Mobile bills so I could complete the A1Wireless rebates. That's all I was lacking. As soon as I received the T-Mobile bills I photocopied everything I was going to send to A1Wireless and took it to the post office immediately. I lived 1 block from it at the time. I waited and waited and nothing.

I called A1Wireless' customer service number and they told me to call their rebate center. The rebate center has no 800 number so I called their long distance number. They had me on hold for at least 30 minutes and kept transferring me around. Finally, almost 1 hour later the A1Wireless representative told me they didn't receive it by the deadline so I don't qualify for the rebate. I told him I sent it in 3 weeks before deadline and he told me he didn't want to hear excuses. Bottom line he got it 2 days late so I wasn't going to get my rebate. Fine. That one was only $100 and I have another one.

I asked him about the 2nd rebate and he said it was received and to wait for my rebate. I waited and waited. One month after I was supposed to receive my rebate I called them back to check the status. The A1Wireless representative told me I didn't qualify because my rebate was not complete. He said I was missing a copy of the T-Mobile bill. This is such a lie.

It didn't hit me that the company was a rip off until they told me they I didn't send in the bill. I made a copy of everything before I sent it. I can understand and buy the lost in the mail, but to tell me I didn't do something I know I did? I warn everyone to avoid this company at all costs. I wish this company would be exposed for all the false advertising it does to get people to sign up.
