Complaint Review: A1Wireless USA

A1Wireless USA, A1Wireless, A1 Wireless will not honor their rebates. Rebate requirements are nearly impossible to comply with. Ripoff Long Island City New York

I ordered a new cell phone through A1Wireless because they offered the best price after rebates. When I recieved the phone the rebate information was enclosed. The rebates could only be sent between 120 and 150 days after purchase. If you loose a rebate form you can not get a new one. The rebates also require a current account statement, copies of UPCs, and a completed rebate forms to be included. I played their game to the letter, making sure everything was in compliance. I waited 3 months to recieve my rebate only to find out they denied it. The company uses a rebate center cellphonerebates.com. The reasons for denial was that all 4 rebates were incomplete or illegible. I went through the checklist on all the rebate forms to make sure I included everything. I contacted the rebate center via email to find out exactly what was wrong and I have not heard from them at this time. I'm only out $260.00. My suggestion is that you do not deal with this company in any way, shape or form. A1Wireless is making a huge profit by fraudulently denying rebates.
