A2Z Pharma Declined credit card somehow still charged, attempts to cancel order ignored Internet
I attempted to order a 3 month supply of my medication, and used my brother's shipping address instead of my own, as I've been at his place. The website said my card was declined, so I assumed it was due to the address not matching that of my card.
I re-placed my order, with my apartment address and it also said declined. However, when I clicked "my account" on the site (I had registered) it stated that I had two orders pending. Sure enough, when I checked my email, they had charged me for both purchases.
I sent them an email, stating I had made a mistake and informing them of the "card declined" message I received that made me order more. I stated I would like to cancel one of the two orders. It has now been 6 days and I have still received no response. I then sent them another message 2 days ago, no response.
They did take my money, the emails I received were from noreply@bardo-payment.com. Their site claims it will take 2-3 weeks for delivery, and yet my second package (the one with my apartment address) the website states has already been delivered (6 days after ordering) but the post office claims they never had a package for me, no slip was left on or near my door, and nothing was in my mailbox.
Please do not use A2Z Pharma, it is a scam.

I was also ripped off by A2Z Pharma. They charged me for medication and shipped nothing. I wish I had seen your posting before ordering from these theives.
