Josh came to my house to repair my front loader washing machine. He came and said it was the drain pump....$ 150.00 he left then after putting a load of laundry in the machine it started leaking everywhere. He came back the next day and corrected the mistake (hose wasn't on right). I then again tried to wash and the machine would not work. He came back out and said it was the computer $ 250 and it has to be ordered up front and it takes 2 weeks to get in.
It took me over a month to come up with that money (Mom with 2 kids trying to get by everyday) 2 weeks went by and he started not to return calls and text. 3 weeks go by and said he will be over that night...no show...4 weeks go by and he says the part was the wrong one he ordered. I asked for my money back and he said he doesn't have it. He was quick to come by to get it but won't come by to return my money.
Bad business. I will be going to small claims court to file on him. If there is anyone else that has this problem with him please email me...the more the better.
