Hired Josh Sneed (480)758-8570 to repair refrigerator which was warm. After over an hour on the repair he claimed it was the control board and claims to have swapped it out. Charged $260 for parts and labor. This did not fix the problem and Josh promised to return to fix the problem over the next few days and always came up with excuses or empty promises. Looking at this site he has a history of this so let's put an end to it and get our money back. He is a ripoff artist and needs to be brought to justice.

Josh Sneed came by and installed a new control board today as promised. I no longer have an issue with him or his company as the service has now been completed as promised. The site would not let me delete my previous post. Thank you Josh.
