I PURCHASED THIS PLAN IN 9-22-08 , I HAVE TRIED TO USE IT OVER THE LAST YEAR ON A FEW OCCASIONS AND EVERY TIME I GOT SCREWED, THIS IS A JOKE AND THESE COMPANIES NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED BY EVERY FEDERAL AGENCY IN GOVERNMENT, AND SHUT DOWN.

SO FAR NOTHING BUT HEADACHES FROM THIS COMPANY, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY.........

I have never seen a bigger crock of **** in my life. There is no new management here. It is the same two guys running it that always have. The same two guys who were sued by a competitor for stealing their managers. The same two guys sued by the Pennsylvania Attorney General for not refunding customer's money when they cancelled. And the Vehicle Protection Association? The VPA is a joke. It is a non existent entity formed by the now incarcerated former owners of the now defunct US Fidelis. I don't know of any employee who is happy there. They are not treated well. If you purchase from AA Auto Protection aka AA Auto Warranty, do so at your own risk...

I agree with Dennis 100%.

I was also victimized by same AA Auto Protection / AA Auto Warranty + Consumer Direct Warranty Services aka CDWS.

I blame the seller AA Auto Protection for my damages. They received many complaints about CDWS and knowingly and willingly continued to sell CDWS for years. I asked for extended warranty, I even asked them if it was a product warranty. The sales guy said it's a "reguler" warranty. But it really isn't a product warranty either as there is no requirement to use the "products" to activate the policy. This is a total scam.
