AA Auto Warranty - AA Autoprotection - Consumer Direct Warranty Services Refused to pay valid claim Redding California
I purchased a Great Choice Warranty for my 2002 Avalanche with 112,000 miles. 6 months later at 118,000 the rear end went out in it. I sent in a claim and they refused it without ever hearing the diagnosis. Sent it in again and they said I had UNDERSIZED tires and denied it. I sent in photos of placard and tires they then denied it for OVERSIZED tires. The tires are what came on the vehicle when I bought it and are 1/2 inch taller then what the placard says (265/70/16 vs. 265/75/16) The Z71 version of the truck comes with tires the same height as mine (265/70/17) My opinion is that they never intend to pay any claims.....fraud!
