AA Auto Warranty RIPOFF CANCEL BEFORE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! Trevose, Pennsylvania

They are very rude to you when the claim has been denied. They even tried to call me a crook and a fraud when I had an incident when the 30 days/1,000 waiting period. When I tried to call back to request a refund they were totally rude telling me it was a pre-existing condition when I bought a used vehicle. DO NOT BUY WARRANTY FROM THEM! THEY ARE CROOKS AS YOU CAN SEE EVERYONE IS REPORTING ON HERE.....

I pasted the conversation with the "SALES MANAGER" GABE A.


Gabe:
Hello Michael Mendoza. How may I help you?

Michael Mendoza:
Please cancel my warranty I am highly pissed off and I want my full refund.

Gabe:
Michael, in order to cancel your plan you must speak to the cancelation department

Gabe:
Jim Fortino at Ext 175

Michael Mendoza:
ok thanks

Gabe:
I see you had a clain denied for pre existing conditions

Gabe:
is that why you want to cancel?

Michael Mendoza:
Which I don't see how it could be pre-existing

Gabe:
because the mechanic and the adjustor saw that it was wrong with the car before the 30 day/1000 mile grace period was up

Michael Mendoza:
the 30 day, 1000 mile was up on 10/4/12

Michael Mendoza:
I went on road trip that was in Colorado and all the way to Georgia

Michael Mendoza:
I just got back today and had the vehicle checked out and then when I used the extended warranty its supposedly pre-existing

Gabe:
ok but motor mounts showed wear that showed this issue was there much longer

Gabe:
this is not just a claim denial, there is enough facts to show that this issue is pre existing

Michael Mendoza:
The repair shop didn't say it was wear there was a crack on it

Gabe:
According to the report your shop and the adjustor both agreed it was pre existing conditions

Michael Mendoza:
it was due to be driving far...that is why he agreed because I told him I've been driving from state to state....

Michael Mendoza:
I had repairs done with the same repair shop and they never detected that or they would of told me because I asked them to completely check the vehicle before i bought the warranty

The facts are this was pre existing

thats why it was declined

had it been non pre existing it would have been covered

But it was not...I just think you guys didn't want to pay for it

but, this time it was deemed pre existing by your shop and the adjustor and therefore is not covered

Gabe:
sir, if it was not for YOUR shop and the Adjustor both AGREEING that it is pre existing then we would not be having this discussion

Gabe:
but, since it was declined i understand you are upset

Gabe:
2nd) we are not denying the claim AA Auto is a broker

Gabe:
we are your agents

Gabe:
but Interstate is the admin( warranty comp)

Gabe:
They are the ones who pay claims

Michael Mendoza:
and since you guys keep saying its pre-existing i will be filing a BBB complaint with both AA And Interstate

Gabe:
they have A rating and have been in business for over 40 yrs

Gabe:
sir, we dont say anything

the shop and the adjustor submit a report to the admin ( interstate)

Gabe:
that is where this pre existing is coming from

Gabe:
not from aa auto

but according to the FACTS, this claim was denied due to pre existing conditions

well I definitely hope you guys give me my full refund back or i will constantly call to get my money back and if its comes to this I will contact my attorney to sue you guys for not giving my full refund.

Gabe:
well it has been over 30 days they will not give you a full refund

Gabe:
the rules is 30 days full refund

Gabe:
after 30 days there is a cancelation fee

but you can call Jim Ext 175 he will tell you the same thing

oh wow so you guys are taking 2 months of my money and I HAVE TO PAY A cancel fee

Michael Mendoza:
you guys are crooks

you try to make fraud claims

it was not a fraud claim and that is funny "Your not taking sides"

wow! shows how great customer service is

well you are not being professional at all for your company

but I am basing this discussion on the facts and not opinion

you just called me a crook for making a fraud claim that is really over the top.

I did not make that judgement your shop did

Well you guys didn't understand it when the shop told you guys

Gabe:
well sir, maybe if you read your accusations you would see why I called you as i did

Gabe:
they didnt tell US anything

they told Interstate

Gabe:
Interstate is your warranty comp

We did not deny your claim

we did not do anything accept relay the info to you

Unfortunately you do not agree

You did in fact relay that I am a crook and and a fraud which is something I wouldn't hear especially when it comes from a AUTO WARRANTY service

Michael Mendoza:
but whatever...I will be contacting my attorney to sue you guys for not giving my money back and trying to charge me additional charges. also will be filing BBB complaint.....Have a good day.
