AA Auto Warranty Sold my warranty to a company they knew were crooks, they are rude, no help, lie. West Deptford, New Jersey
Their jobs is to give you the run around only after you've paid them. The are a broker, selling extended car warranties to fraudulent insurance/warranty companies.
You're supposed to have your mechanic FAX them the diagnostics of what's wrong with your vehicle before the repairs are authorized. AA Auto Warranty tells you they will respond to the FAX within an hour (its been 5 days now). My dealership told me that they have never dealt with a company that requires a FAX. When the dealership tries to speak to them they are extremely rude, you can't get any information out of them, i.e., what exactly do you need us to provide to fix the customer's car.
I finally got a Rep. from AA Auto Warranty to tell me what is going on (after the run around the previous Friday, its Wednesday). I sent them $2k, they get their commission, signed me up with Consumer Direct Warranty Services out of Redding California. Consumer Direct Warranty Services (CDSW) has over 100 complaints, how did AA Auto Warranty not know CDWS is a bogus company when complaints started pouring in a year prior to my sending AA Auto Warranty the $2k.
AA Auto Warranty only response was that I contact the Attorney General in California.
I suppose I'm the idiot here.
