AA Glass Nation Inc AAA Glass Cut and scraped my paint and left bare metal, looks like a hack job! Tacoma, Washington
This damage done to my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 truck
by AA Glass Nation Inc. in Parkland, WA, owner: Russ Jenkins, while
attempting to repair a leaking glass seal.
They broke the original glass panel and replaced it at my cost. While cutting out the original glass they cut up my paint and body surrounding the rear glass panel of the cab. There are bare metal spots that are starting to rust.
The leak was not fixed and I later found it coming from the third brake light.
At this point, I've paid them for the new glass and have nearly $1000 in paint and body refinish
repairs needing done because of their negligence.
Quality workmanship or customer satisfaction are neither of what you'll find here.

As of June 1st, 2011, The owner of AA Glass Nation Inc. is declaring all this done by the vehicle owner. We need a board that revokes the business licenses of characters like this guy. Where's the service for paying customers?!
