Complaint Review: Aa motorcycle transport

I shipped my motorcycle from Hilo Hawaii to San Diego California. Not only did aa motorcycles cost $200 more as soon as the got my bike they stopped contacting me.

When they ship your motorcycle they say you will receive sN email containing the tracking number and pick up information. I never even received an email. When I asked for my tracking number they told me that it is my booking number. This is impossible because the tracking number includes two letters where as my booking number only included one.

Needless to say I called again to ask them to track my bike for me they said they can't do that for me and I would have to call the actual shipping company. I called pasha shipping and they informed me that they always have problems with aa motorcycles. They said that aa was to call when my bike arrived and give me instructions on how to pick it up. Pasha understood what had happened and allowed an acception to the 24hr apt rule and told me just to book directly with them next time. This would have saved me not only time and frustration but also $200.

Don't book with aa motorcycles. They cost more and you get horrible service sarcastic sales people and rude condescending representatives.
