Just purchased a home in north Phoenix. First thing I wanted to do was call a locksmith to get the locks changed as the house had been on the market and I wasn't sure who may have had the keys before I did. My my fiancé's father gave me the referral, he said that the company would change all of the locks on the three doors for only $120. I told him that sounded fine he scheduled the appointment for 11 AM on Saturday when the locksmith arrived I noticed that it was a very young boy, probably in high school. He was friendly and nice and he did the work very quickly. probably only took him about 20 minutes or so. he made 4 keys for me. When he was finished he asked for payment. I asked him what the charges would be and he confirmed again to me the $120. I gave him my card he put it on A machine.

When he gave me the receipt I noticed that he had charged $655. I told him that he must've made a mistake. He told me no there was no mistake and that I could charge my homeowners insurance for the money. I did not know what to say to him and I did not want to argue with such a young kid I knew that it was probably his boss who was directing him to basically scam people like this. I called the owner of the company immediately he was an Indian man who seemed like he wasn't even in the country let alone a business owner. the customer service line was disconnected and I had to try several numbers on the piece of paper until I finally reached a human being. He told me that I was basically s**t out of luck and that I was never going to receive my money back because he had provided me the service.

Not to mention the locks didn't even work. And he said that it didn't matter if he had provided me a shoddy service or not, that it was not his responsibility to give me a refund. I called my bank and obviously I'm disputing the charges, however, I advise anybody who does not want to waste a perfectly good Saturday arguing with crooks, to stay away from these jerks! I have been arguing all day with the bank and have even called the police. It has been a waste of my Saturday and has put a damper on my beautiful new home and my first home owning experience. The worst part about it is these criminals now have a key to my home and know where I live so I will have to spend more money to hire a legitimate locksmith and have the locks replaced once again. So again, anyone in the Phoenix area looking for a locksmith should steer clear of this company
