AAA Alpha And Omega Cremation Center do not pay their bills to funeral homes they contract with Hollywood Florida
On Sunday (yes a Sunday!) February 1, 2009 AAA Alpha and Omega Cremation Center in Hollywood, FL called our funeral home asking us to respond to a death of one of 'their' clients. As it is common practice for funeral providers to help each other out (and ultimately the family), we aggreed to do the work for the modest amount they agreed to pay us (about 30% of the typical cost).
We provided excellent and timely care to the local family who were glad that the "FL FH picked us as they had heard how well we care for people."
Payment was never sent to our firm and of today's date, 7/1/09 we have received nothing but excuses from them. To "unhappy in sc, Report #427583" point, this is an absolutely unacceptable practice. These people are unprofessional and need to have their licensing with the State of Florida reviewed and revoked. I sincerely hope that the powers of capitalism prevail and your business colapses before others are hurt, financially and emotionally.
