Complaint Review: AAA Appliance Repair Company

Never showed up - frozen food ruined: I called this company at 10:00 a.m. due to problems with my freezer. I was told someone would be out between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. When no one had shown up by 4:55 p.m., I called them back. I was told that one of their stops had run long, and they would not be able to come out until the next day. It was now too late to call anyone else, and my food was ruined. If they had notified me earlier, I could have called another company.
