AAA false statement use in contractor bankruptcy to discharge Homeowners claim for deposit of over $32,000.00 AAA false statement handed in to the States Attorney's prosecutor to have indictment charges dropped. Yes AAA statements used against State of Illinois. Fathers overwhelming evidence over powers AAA's false statement. Investigations, Warrant filed, Charges issued, States Attorney's, 2 Indictments, Contractors Guilty plea, false dates and much more can easily provide AAA intentional maliciously deceptively thought they were above the law. Father hopes States Attorney Office will file $40,000,000.00 suit against AAA for all the consumers ,Homeowners, and people of the State of Illinois. AAA has gotten away with violating many laws and clauses. They violate and break there own Rules, Oath, and Ethics. They said No Attorney Dare fight against AAA. The last 2 years I contacted hundreds of Attorneys. Many are scared they will be black balled. I have studied the laws in this subject in fine detail. It is very disturbing. All the Money ,Power ,and Greed will not be worth the slightest amount of Honor and respect when true justice is served. If the States Attorney Will not file I will. On my Honor If I win which I will I will not keep one cent. I have no choice but to fight for God ,My Country ,My family. [1] God VS AAA's Oath. It is just to deceive the honest Ask AAA about filing perjury. They will laugh and say " EVERY ONE LIES" [ Wrong At the time my son was 3 and did not even know what a lie was. AAA already condemned him.] [2] My Country. How many have died to protect and uphold the Constitution. AAA uses laws and clauses that are not even legal to be made. All take an oath to protect the Constitution. The names on the laws taking away ones Constitutional right have violated the law. [3] My family. One Honor is worth more than all the money on earth and God is my witness. To find evidence of the one who take an oath then violate and break the law is as easy as looking at the names on a piece of paper. I must thank the Rockford Police, the Detectives, the Illinois States Attorney's Office for having Honor and Respect for the Law.
