My NASD agreement compelled me to use the services of AAA . The Bizarre ruling in my case impoverished me, and justice was denied. If your one person against a 8 billion dollar Goliath where there is no appeal or review, the cozy relationships amongst the legal community has created secret lynching's done in the hallways and offices of AAA.
My employment contract stated, " Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association and judgment upon award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof."
In my case where a disappearing service fee due me had found its way to other employees in other states over a period of several years. The arbitrators ruling amounted to constructive fraud as my employer was filing false accounting to conceal this from me.

AAA Promotes, Awards and protects the criminal while trashing and destroying America. Non - profit, Honor, Respect, Rule, Ethics, Oaths, Truth, Justice, are just a perception made with smoke and mirrors. Facts Look for your self. The FBI Investigate and charge Martha Stewart while AAA boldly shows overwhelming evidence of corruption, against all America. AAA money from profits has paid off and sold America down river.

You should update your report to include information evidence to show the AAA was biased against you. You complain about the ruling, but you didn't give any information about how the ruling was wrong.
You should investigate the background of the arbitrator. Arbitrators in CA should give a disclosure of any conflict of interest they might have relative to your case.
