Dishonest people. Told me one price to get me to leave my car, then after doing work (damage) wanted to charge far more. Kept changing his story, no integrity.
Did more research after going home and found many FAKED positive reviews and real negative reviews about them all over the internet as well as active lawsuits in small claims court Precinct 5, Place 1.

Owners have felony theft charges against them and been in prison. Treated with dishonesty and disrespect from day one. Does not honor its 100% customer satisfaction guarntee.

I have been using aaa for a year now and i have had nothing but great service out of them. they have repaired several cars for me and have never had a problem. and I feel that his prices are resonable compared to other shops. The owner and the workers were very friendly and personable . I have referred several of my collegues from the city of Houston there and they have nothing but great things to report back to me after leaving, so i really dont believe that any one went there and they did not work out and amicable soloution. Of course if your intention is to get over on them you will be in for a rude awakening. that is the only reason you will have a problem . Madged has always stuck to his price with me unless he found additional damage and he would explain that to methen explain to you that he can fix what you want but this is the outcome if you leave it that way.
and it would be your choice from there this is a really good shop to use they will take care of your car they have my truck running bette than a new truck. and who gives free oil changes for a year in this economy.
