WARNING! SCAM ARTISTS and CON ARTISTS! Do not do business with AAA Brownstone Estate Sales. They are not honest or truthful. They left my house a terrible broken, filthy mess. They angered all of my neighbors with the filth. They sold things they were told not to sell. They left the house open after they left, thank god I have pictures to prove that some of their people came back and took many things that they were not supposed to take. There is severe damage to the house. The electricity doesn't work. The window blinds are broken, there is paint spilled, dozens of bags of trash and broken furniture in the garage. They took all of my plants and even trees in pots and plants right out of the ground. All of my gardeners' tools, hoses, ladders and so many other things too many to list that they were told not to sell. They sold all of my appliances even if they were new and in perfect condition. They have no address to get back to them. They gave me much less money for my things than previously promised. A 5 bedroom house full of fine furniture, art, rare books, tools, electronics, worth over $25,000... They only gave me $3k and stole the rest. The owner is Emil Varona, AKA Jynx, AKA James. His Wife is Leslie, AKA Leigh. They have no corporate entity to go after and no license. They are not to be trusted and they will RIP YOU OFF!!. I spoke to them on the phone to try and settle this and they were very rude and threatening. They prey on the elderly and people who just had a death in the family. Be warned!
