AAA Fence & Dogs Bad Business Practices Ripoff Iron Station North Carolina
AAA Fence And Dogs (Owner Sarah "Angel" Hoyle") gave me an acceptaple estimate to put up a split rail fence in my back yard. I took off from work and showed them exactly were I wanted the fence placed and signed the estimate. The estimate even shows a diagram of the fence layout. When they started to put my fence up, they shorted me 10ft of yard on the left side with out my authorization.
Now, they want to charge me $500 dollars extra to move the fence when it clearly states in the signed agreement what they are suppose to do. Now, I have to result to court and the BBB because of bad business practices. I do not recommend that anyone use this company. Do not use this company for any of their services.

I have made a good faith effort by asking Yahoo Local to remove the user review that I wrote on the AAA Fence and Dog. This request can only be made through the Yahoo Local help desk by email and it takes 48 to 72 hours for a request to be processed. I do have a reference number from yahoo in reference to my request. I would like for this to stop here, or I will be forced to consult my family attorney in reference to counter suing.

I would not do any work for David, and Quit his fence job because of his bad attitude, and I told him " I will not work for you" and left the job site, but I did give David all the materials to finish the job at no charge. His wife was so angry at him for making me mad that she made him build the fence himself. Better Business Bureau was contacted and researched the case and their decision was in my favor. David promised me on several occassions to take this complaint off the website, but, that was just another lie. I think it's a crying shame that one false accusation like this could ruin a family business of 32 years. One complaint in 32 years and it was resolved to the customers satisfaction, and the satisfaction of the BBB. No, I will not work for Jerks ! sincerely, Sara Hoyle dba AAA Fence
