Complaint Review: AAA Hardware Solutions Wave Software

I purchase ADOBE Photoshop CS4 Extended Full Version from AAA Hardware Solutions from their website. They processed my payment and shipped me the software but when I received it, it did not have the Serial Number / Key Code to unlock the software. I called the only phone number listed on their website (1-866-425-4460) and it said that it was temporarly unavaliable. I have also sent emails to both of the email addresses listed on their website and I have not heard any information back. I need to get the Serial Number for the Software so I can use the product which I purchase.
