My aunt hired brian pugh to help with her estate after her husband killed himself and she was distraught and on heavy medication. He took advantage of her mental state and bought the home for less than half of Market value and flipped it 30 days later for over 100k profit. This was suppose to be her trusted legal advice. He not only got the house but everything in it as well.
