This "company" charged us $700 for supposedly removing rats from attic. Proceeded to visit one week later for unagreed to f/u visit where supposedly Rudy (without proper ID for pest control worker) stated he found 1 rat and disposed of it. One year later they are harassing us for the $50, came to our door to bring letter with threat that they will file lien on home if not paid (the $700 apparently wasn't enough). The customer is a senior. This company has now begun this new technique of filing liens on homes for amounts from $100 - $1,500 -- it is difficult and expensive to get these liens removed.

William Robles, the "president" has been involved in many "pest protection" companies that have been sued. He has also had at least five federal tax liens placed on him. Quoted us another $700 to close outside hole that led to attic -- our screen guy did it for free. This guy has no conscience and may be targeting the elderly. Watch out!!!

If the technician wears a pest control uniform and you saw his name is Rudy ("supposedly")then how did he not have proper identification?
