We hired aaa pool suppy to repair the tile and coping on our inground swimming pool. During the estimate process we were told that this would be a 2 day job which is even stated on the written estimate. The job ended up taking a total of 1 week + to complete and was a horrible job at that.

We were also told that the job could be completed without draining the entire pool but after the first day of work that changed. We were responsible for wasting 12500 gallons of water and paying to replace that water to fill the pool back up to its original level. Our coping is so unlevel and still has masonary all over it. The tile cuts were made so uneven it is obvious from 100 feet away.

During the Estimation process aaa pool supply recommended we have our deco-seal replaced to the tune of 500$. We were promised that this would make a water tight seal around our pool and would extend the life of our deck. Exactly 1 month from application the deco-seal is falling apart.

We were given a 1 year warranty on work performed but now they are telling us that we just need to replace the whole deck. Actually I was told be the contractors wife that they "usually do not replace deco seals when it is so hot" This was news to me and my husband because her husband was so pushy about how important the seal was!.

I was promised that the contractors would come back and clean the brick coping and tile and that has not happened. Of course they will not return phone calls or email and just today I received a letter stating their position. The letter states they will not repair or warranty work and would be glad to give me a free estimate on more work. Do they think I'm crazy or what why would I hire them to even sweep the pool. They are obivious crooks and not very professional at what they do. I just hope that this prevents others from suffering from their cons.

This claim is false. And for the record I think this site is a soap box. The customer was given options on this sealant. The Fact are as follows
1. We do not warranty 10 year old pools.
2. The deck has failed and the Swimming Pool is 4" out of level (declined new deck due to septic)
3. She was rude to every whom she spoke too.
4. She's shown on video poking her finger in the sealant.
5. Wanted discounts on other work we had performed. (prior to this report and was given)
6. 9 months pregnant and nesting (complaining on a daily basis)
7. She called us and went on to say we set her up. (paranoid)
8. Claims a warranty that was never spoken or written anywhere on any contract we have records of.
9. Was given several Professional options to repalce the deck (declined)
10. Was offered a free quote (declined)
11. Sent a Rep out to find her jabbing her finger in the sealant (video)
12. Complained about last contractor as soon as I arrived. (roof)

Remodeling a Pool is hard work. She even demanded we work on Sunday so her Father could swim in her Pool for the Holiday. I spent 12 hours on Sunday working on her Pool to be slaped in the face with this bogus report.

Who really got ripped off. Sounds like we did. This lady was a nightmare customer.
Shew even went as far as saying "well you could have had more work here."

No Thanks I feel sorry for the next guy who has to work 12 hrs on Sunday at your home.
