Complaint Review: AAA refrigeration experts

AAA refrigeration experts refilled our cooler with R12 freon, never told us it had a leak, $450 & 10 days, later empty again. Been back and refilled it at no cost, with no change still warm. Reckon they refilled it and put sto Sarasota, Florida

We have an old Cooler, so old it uses the R12 freon. Called out these cowboys who filled it with Freon and fitted a new temp gauge. $450.00.
10 Days later ......Warm again! Call them back and they say they have put in stop leak and refilled it with Freon. They leave and after 1hr we have no change still WARM. Call them back and they say it must have leaked out. WHAT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. If the leak is that big, WHAT ARE YOU DOING PUTTING IT IN IN THE FIRST PLACE. 
Once I had introduced over the phone who I was the Apparent Manager wouldn't even let me get a word in, spouting off how they had advised us of the leak on the initial invoice. And that I need to learn English. I'm more English than that D***head. All the Invoice stated was that the engineer had recharged it and advised the compressor was old and weak and that they could not guarantee the unit. "Fair enough" but dont refill it if there is a leak. Its just a waste of my money, more so when you dont tell me its leaking. P****s.

The Owner of AAA refrigeration today sent out there technician with the authority to make good our complaint. The Tech did all that was required to get the system running correctly. We agree that the system is old and accept that AAA have now done all that can be done and also at their expense. My compliments go to the owner for his handling of the situation following my telephone call to his Manager yesterday. A situation that should not have gotten out of control, everyone has a bad day however we must still act professionally.

Thankyou for a job well done. Would now recommend them to all...
