If you visit the AAA website, you will see an advertisement for trailer coverage:
http://autoclubsouth.aaa.com/Membership/PlusPremierRV.aspx?nvbar=Membership:RV.  This includes (as cut and pasted):

AAA RV and Trailer roadside service is 100 miles of towing protection for AAA Plus and AAA Premier members who travel in a motor home, pickup truck with camper or travel trailer. With Plus RV or Premier RV, towing is also provided for trailers. Covered trailer types include: boat, personal watercraft, ATV, utility, unoccupied livestock, snowmobile and motorcycle. Plus RV and Premier RV membership provides up to four service calls for either trailer, RVs or other vehicles per membership year.

AAA Plus RV and AAA Premier RV include:

Up to 100 miles of towing
Flat tires service
Vehicle locksmith
...

(end of quote)

However, when my empty horse trailer had a tire blow out somewhere South of Dallas, in the middle of open fields on every side and me not even knowing exactly where I was and the Garmin unable to give an exact address (aside from latitude longitude), there after 24 years of AAA membership I was told a tow truck would be dispensed, sent a text message stating the same at 554 pm.  Then 615 I got a call from AAA stating they would not help me because it was a horse trailer.

They did not know who could help me.  After 7 phone calls too AAA I got the name and number of a tow company, who when called said they do not do horse trailers.  I tried to do it my self and was there in the middle of nowhere, unable to get the lugnuts to turn.  I had a spare tire, jack and the tool kit but I could not get the lug nuts to turn.  at 815 and dark coming on I called the tow company back, frustrated to tears and asked if she knw=ew of anyone in the state of texas that could turn a lug nut on an empty trailer.  She luckily took pity on me and had her husband come do it for me.

AAA lied to get my business.  Lied to allow me to feel safe even as I hauled horses from Texas to Montana, or Kansas or New Mexico.  And there in Texas, with an empty trailer which was on its way to move an exercise bike, they told me good luck, too bad, so sad.  They advertised the RV Plus package to include my trailer, then left me stranded on the road with nothing but open fields in unfamiliar territory.  It is deception and fraud by definition.
