AAA Towing NC region They lied and said my simple towing was covered. Wilmington NC
I was stuck in soft sand 15 feet from a hard surfaced driveway and called for a tow just to get me out of the sand. They said it would be covered but the tow operator said it wasn't and charged me 150 dollars for 20 minutes of winching me to the driveway. I paid and called to file a complaint with AAA and they said that the dispatcher from AAA did say it was covered but she was wrong, and I had to pay anyway. I had the most expensive towing policy they sell for car, and trailer and RV's, and motorcycles. I was lied to and then left on my own and they refused to help me.
