When I first contacted with AAA VANLINES, Mr. Micheal (an agent of the AAA VAN LINES) said I needed to pay $1124 for the moving service including all services, packing materials, storage, and labor fee, and the price was fixed because the price included all the services even if the weight would be over the estimate. Also he said the volume did not matter. So I believed him, and I left my moving stuff to them.

However, when I reached Boston, they postponed the delivery many times and requested extra money repeatedly ($1161.75 more than the estimate) to me with various absurd reasons, and threatened me. Ms. Tonya (an agent of the company) said they would auction my belongings if I didnt pay the extra money. I was scared by her threat. So I paid the extra money, and then they delivered my moving stuff 15 days after the day they were supposed to deliver. Furthermore, several of my belongings were totally destroyed and others were missing(worth to $300). However, they did not compensate me for the damage even though I called them many times and left messages for them.

In worst case, three month ago, they took $386.25 from my checking account without my permission and without any notice. I dont know how they did it. But they did.

I am contacting to attorney general and several lawyers to sue to Mr. MICHEAL and Ms. Tonya.
