We were contacted by Greg Freeman who represents AAA Well Service, and set up! They arrive at the field, no documents or agreements in place, no rate sheet ever sent after several request, then they demand a deposit to cover all work discussed.

We paid $85,000 upfront, which was supposed to cover work on 3 wells, and included additional deposit money. All that was accomplished is two days swabbing, and another day drilling out one of two bridge plugs. as they were unable to finish the job.

The invoices total approximately $30,000, and yet they have basically stolen the other $55,000! They do not answer their phones.

Their equipment was faulty, their crew abandoned ship and left, and we are left with 3 wells that do not produce, and one that was never even drilled on!

It appears that this was all one big scam, a set up, so that they could steal our money, and I believe they were going to try and obtain even more money from our Company!

We were forced to instruct them to leave, after one big non-stop fiascal, whereas no work was being accomplished, just their taking our money upfront and not doing the required work!

Watch out, these guys are bad news, and we will be prosecuting them to the fullest extent of the law!

The report filed against AAA Well Service LLC is inaccurate.  The former customer filing this report is Texas Energy Exploration, a comapny operated by Michael Christopher.  AAA agreed to provide services and materials to Texas Energy Exploration.  While investigating the credit worthiness of this company, AAA discovered filings in the Official Public Records of Waller County, Texas, reflecting that Texas Energy Exploration, as operator for Denver Enegy Exploration (another entity affiliated and/or operated by Mr. Christopher) failed to pay previous  contractors for labor and materials.  Accordingly, AAA asked for a deposit to cover the labor and materials ordered by Texas Energy Exploration.

It is rare that AAA asks its customers for a deposit.  In fact, AAA would not have accepted work from Texas Energy Exploration had AAA known the history of this company with regard to the payment of its contractors.  But, since AAA had already commenced the work, a deposit was seen as the best solution.  Unfortunately, it appears that AAA had the same experience as some previous contractors.

Also, the first check issued for the deposit bounced.
