Complaint Review: AAA WHOLESALE WATER DISTILLERS

I ordered a cheap Love Model 2 White [4900] back in 2005 from Dave at this outfit & still use it today with no issues except sometimes the unit will start on it's own if I forget to unplug it when done..

I decided to forge ahead and order another Distiller from Dave, this time a Love Model 3 Black with Glass Container 3.5 hour [100 LOve 3b] & told him 2X on the phone I wanted the one with the Black Cap/Lid. This distiller sells for $219 & he grand totals it at $248.00 with the shipping charges.. After being 2 days late getting to me, the Box shows Love 4 and in another location on box shows "Black Glass Love 3"- on the UPS Ground shipping label.. After opening up the box, I discovered he sent me the WRONG unit. Very very similar but still the wrong unit !!! He actually sent me a Love Model 3 w/Glass container, 3.5 hour [ 100 Love 3].. I also discovered that the Glass Storage container had no accompanying hardware to secure the carrying handle to said glass container ?????

I'm only making my 1st batch now & will update everybody if I discover any bad news with it..

And yes, this guy "Dave" that people talk to on the phone does sound "slurry" when he talks- like he's inebriated & he needs to empty out his Full voicemail box so folks can actually talk to him.. You might have to call a few times or a few days until he'll answer the phone...The never-ending "Dreamweaver" music plays when you want to talk to him..You can send the same email 10X to the email he provides- verycleanwater@aol.com & you'll NEVER get a reply from him..The Emails do not bounce back either...

I had a friend up in Wisconsin order a distiller from Dave a few years ago & she told me it "burndt out" on her..

He has been in business since 2003 though.. Bizarre guy...
