I paid $799 + 100 shipping for a autodrain distiller. It was broken and leaked water. I ordered it on Sept 4 and it didn't arrive until I called over 10 times. The salesman/owner is DAVE. He asked for a check because "we're a wholesale store" but really it's so you can't dispute the charge later (use a credit card!!)
He sent the wrong distiller (it was the $499 version) so I exchanged it and he sent the broken one that leaks. Distiller should shut off intake after boiling chamber is filled but this one keeps leaking slowing into boiling chamber until it overflows. Distiller also has missing screws and extra holes in the chasis. It's a piece of crap. DAVE will tell you "nothing is made in America" and the build is fine, but it's garbage.
DAVE also insists you press 2 for customer service which defaults to a British voice that tells you to leave a message that is never returned. In conclusion, this company is a scam no doubt. They will sell you broken merchandise. Thanks. Hope you read this DAVE and it will happen to you too someday.
