Complaint Review: AAAA All Boat Rentals Bluefin Rock Harbor Mile Marker 97

Boat renter beware of this place. It is a totally shady operation and you can see this the minute you walk into the place. The lady at the front counter looked like she just came out of a trailer park from hell. Once all the paperwork was good and done I checked out the boat with the attendant. All was good with the boat and he noted some slight damage to the propeller. Had an excellent time with the boat with no issues. I checked back in with the same guy and he said everything was good to go after he looked the boat over.

No problem, until the owner drives up in his pickup and looks the boat over. He comes and says I owe him for the damaged prop and there was nothing I could do about it. This guy was a total redneck hick a***e. Can I say a***e on here? So I left without paying and forfeited my $300 cash deposit to cover the fuel charge.

One week later my credit card was charged $2080.13 from a company named DIONNY MARINE REPAIR I. Anyone looking to rent a boat in Key Largo should run in the opposite direction of this place. Rent from the John Pennekamp Park, It's a little more expensive but it's a well run operation. My vacation was excellent until I had to deal with these crooks.
