we were under the impression that there was only a 50 dollar trip fee. when they got to our house we were told of another 50 dollar fee for diagnostic . We were told that our repair wouldnt be that much over 100 and that our money would be applited to that. they took the tv and called a few days later saying that it would be another 350.00. At that point you are in a bad situation because you will lose your 100 unless they do the repairs. To top it off we were given a delivy time of 2 to 5 on a saturday. we waited all day till 5 and then called . we were told that they were n arvada and would have to wait at least another 30 to 40 mins. we had plans and had already wailed all day. no compensation given at all. i regret ever using this company. do yourself a favor and shop around
