AAAA Vacuum and electric appliance AAAA Vacuum Sucks centennial, Colorado
I had a similar experience with AAAA Teva. My experience involved a Television set. After the initial phone call to their company they offered to send someone out to fix the television. I shoud have known something was up as the guy showed up without any tools! He explained that he was busy and could take a look at the T.V. in his shop and call me with an estimate. He asked for a 200 dollar deposit on a credit card, and explained that I was not being charged anything right now. He explaind that many times people cannot afford to pay once their appliance is fixed, and this is used as a security deposit in case we try to rip him off. I did not feel good about giving him the card, and even had him write on my reciept that this is not a charge, and I must be completely satisfied before any charges are made.
With this done, He took my Television. A couple of weeks went by with no word from anybody. I had called twice and was reassured that nothing would be done to the T.V. without my permission. The next day I recieved a call from the owner. It seems that the Diagnostic was done, and the news was very bad. It would take 800 dollars to fix my T.V. I told him that I bought it new 7 years ago for 400 so never mind fixing it. I would be in to pick it up. He told me O.K. and that the only I thing owed was the 200 deposit! I told him that was crazy, 200 bucks for what to tell me my T.V. cannot be repaired! He told me to call around, this is standard practice in the business. I took him up on his challenge and called 16 different appliance companies. Not one had ever heard of this practice. It was then i went on Rip Off report and saw how many complaints this company has against it. I am fighting with them now through the credit card company.
