Complaint Review: aaasavannahs

       I first contacted Paul Beeson owner of, AAAsavannahs 3 weeks ago. I had inquired about wanting a retired bengal. Mr. Beeson stated at that time that he had a beautiful retired female that would be available but would have to be spayed.

       Later on that day, Mr. Beeson wrote me an email stating the cat had been spayed. Mr. Beeson stated that the retired cat has a magnificent personality, is incredibly affectionate and that I would love her. I asked for pictures and he sent me a picture of a gorgeous bengal.

    I asked Mr, Beeson what was he charging for a deposit and he said, he wasn't wanting anything for a deposit. I talked it over with my husband and wrote him back and asked if he would hold her for us. Paul Beeson said, yes but we would have to send, $100.00 through, Pay Pal.

       I sent the, $100.00 and he said that we could come in a few days to get her but we needed to meet him along an exit half way from our homes. That didn't set right with me at all, but I told him the only way I was going to get her is if we went to his cattery.

       Paul Beeson said he normally doesn't do that because he has had his place robbed and broken into several times but it would be okay for us to go there. he then tells me the cat is sick , has a uterine infection and he has to administer antibiotics  with a needle to the cat.

    I was wondering how he got the cat spayed the same day we had talked supposedly later that day. I know vets require a days notice not unless there's  a really bad uterine infection then they will do emergency surgery.

      Mr. Beeson and I emailed daily for a week and everyday he said the cat is doing great, she is so energetic and you would never know she just under went surgery. My husband took a vacation day off so that we could go get her.

     10 hours before we're going to make a 5 hour drive to go to his cattery, Mr. Beeson calls and states that  all of the sudden the cat has taken a major change for the worse and his son had just noticed it.

      He says we can come in another week to come and get the cat. We said, no we're tired of the excuses and being put off and off with more excuses. We said you need to return our money today. Mr. Beeson said he would write a check.

  We said, no, we want the money back now. My husband told him to wire it back. Mr. Beeson started cussing and saying, "you are  just mad and you want a sick kitty is why you're so mad." My husband was hung up on before he could say anything.

    I text him and told him I am tired of his lies, games and yelling and he has an hour to send the money or I am calling the cops. He called my phone leaving voice mails saying we're crazy and we're 8 years old by not answering our phones and he is only returning the money because he is a business man.

         he did wire the money back to us which was followed by several more texts by supposedly his wife.  I wrote comments online about his business telling how he sells sick cats and he must not care about the cats but is out for a buck because his cat obviously should've seen a vet days before and the day prior to when we were supposed to get her.

    All of his cats on his web site are all knocked up. Which makes me wonder if they're constantly just bred, bred and bred to cause uterine infections. After writing that as a comment, he left me a threatening message which I ignored.

   His wife then calls my cell phone leaving a very nasty threatening message to sue me for slander. Slander and liable would be leaving messages last week of calling us crazy. Then she calls my husbands cell phone leaving him threatening messages.

    Then right after all within 10 minutes time, late tonight they send an email saying.  "I don't know which one of you posted on ebay 22 minutes ago the comment about my husband not caring about the breed and only about money and selling sick cats. HOW DARE YOU. We told you she wasn't recovered from surgery and could not send her to you and instead of waiting a week for her to get better, YOU wanted your deposit back. You were mad because Chris had taken a vacation day and you weren't going to get the cat on the day you wanted, so you turned into a jerk and we GLADLY refunded your money. WE CARE ABOUT OUR ANIMALS and are SO glad we DIDN'T sell you a cat. Now you won't answer your cell phones and you want to post nasty comments. We told you what would happen if you did that. I am printing everything you post or write or email or voicemail to take to court when we sue you for slander. "

  So they want to call us jerks. It had nothing to do with not getting her the day we wanted. It had to do with the fact this cat was very sick, their lies and stalling time because I think it was to try to keep our deposit money and if they stalled long enough, I couldn't take it up with pay pal.

     Yes they told me a week ago if I posted anything derogatory about their company they would sue me. They're not going to black mail me, bully or intimidate me. I hope to save people the problems these people cause others.
