Aachen Dutch Shepherds Keeley McKee Deceptive, lying breeder that produces dysplastic puppies and refuses to refund monies Noble Oklahoma
Your character defects have shown your true nature. Character defects such as self-centereness, greed, deceit, deception, lying, and the list goes on. I have gladly given refunds just to not have to deal with people such as the persona you have revealed to me. I can usually detect them prior to entering into a business agreement but you duped me with gaining my trust portraying yourself to be honest with me and a reputable breeder.
No contract necessary as presumably you were being forthright. What a mistake that was. You talked a good line of s**t and that's about it. The proof is in the pudding. You're about the money not the dogs, reputation, and being genuine to others. It's all about the almighty dollar for you. You revealed that with your demand of Beau's return at my expense with the statement, that you needed to,"recoup losses somewhat".
The only way you could recoup losses is by selling him without full disclosure of his genetic anomaly of hip dysplasia, and or breed him. The only person who took a loss is me, not you. I am into the dog for $10,000.00. You could have settled what has now become a PROBLEM with being honorable and refunding for your genetically defective product but no, "refund is not an option".
I now know why there were no official OFA certificates issued in Beau's pedigree and why in your words why you do prelims so they will not be published. Your are concealing genetic anomalies. But why do prelims was the question that struck me. The only reason I could come up with was that prelims are easy to fraudulently alter with those simple checks.
I looked up 4 generations of dogs listed in Beau's pedigree that you provided in OFA's database and there was only one dog that had a elbow rating which was done at 5 years old? Why 5 years old and no hipxrays on any of the other dogs in the pedigree? You are a fraud!!! You could have simply resolved this with issuing a refund and acknowledged that the best thing for Beau is a good home.
It's about the dog. I am making this one last demand for a refund before I move forward with freedom of spe, CKC, Yelp, Google, AKC, and any other registry you may have used. That's only a beginning. Then I move onto filing a claim with NYS under the dog lemon law and obtain a judgment against you personally and the legal entity of Aachen Dutch Shepherds.
That is only a beginning. I will have OFA conduct an investigation into your affairs. You are going to terribly regret stealing my money I paid for your dysplastic product and refusing to refund my money. You have made the most foolish decision in your life screwing me. Then I move onto YouTube and it doesn't end there.
All you had to do was be a genuine business person and do the right thing. But no, the almighty dollar is what you are about. On Monday I begin. Your choice Keeley.

When I first was made aware of a possible issue, I IMMEDIATELY offered to replace the dog, no questions asked, and without Veterinary or OFA diagnosis from him, to take him at his word. I had continued to offer various dogs for a replacement for him to choose from, but he declined them all and demanded that the only dog he would accept was.... "nothing less than a male with OFA hip rating of Good and elbows normal" of breeding age as he had Dutch females that would be coming in season he needed to breed.
And if I didn't do that and with him keeping the first dog to sell, he was going to start a smear campaign. This he stated in a letter to me on June 29th..."As you can see, I've had "reasonable offer" to recoup losses". James Stiles even questioned if the dog had injured himself and it was not a genetic cause. He stated in a letter to me..." that it had to be by way of injury or genetics".
I still offered to replace the dog. The xrays he sent from the first Veterinary had no identifier/microchip # listed for dog (all of dogs are microchipped), plus the hips seemed to be placed incorrectly for the xrays, along with an incorrect birthdate listed for an April dog, when the dog in question has a March birthdate!
This is on the xray/embedded part of the film. I had no way of knowing who these xrays were of, and neither would the Veterinarian, as they go by the info given by owner, and do validate microchip #. Nonetheless, I still offered to replace the dog. He was so mad at the first Veterinarian that he said he was going to sue him and get a new Veterinarian, even after years and years of being with him.
I then asked for any Veterinary/OFA letter for my records, but didn't receive any until just recently, late June. Still, I had always offered to replace the dog. James Stile also has another one of our Dutchs, and she DID pass her OFA's for both hips and elbows. As also did the pup in question's sire, dam.
(I purchased the sire as a young pup, both sire and dam are hip and elbow OFA'd, dam of pup is from an excellent/A rated female) Sadly, my repeated and professional attempts to replace the dog have been declined. (I wonder if his refusal to return the dog is because the dog is deceased or he has already sold him) I will remain professional, but his accusations/statements concerning are malicious untruths. (Yelp removed this same post from their site submitted by James Stile as it contained hate speech, threats, false and extortion statements)
