They were happy to take my money, but as soon as I pointed out that the had not fixed my iphone (or done what I asked them to repair) they became verbally abusive, and I felt very threatened.
Soon after I took the phone to a another iphone repair company in Leeds where I found told that aaiphones, aaiphones.co.uk iphonerepairleeds.co.uk (or what ever the real companies name is as they operate under many different names) had left out internal screws in my iphone and had not even attempted to change the 6R8 coil fault.
From reading other reviews, which I wish I had read first, other people have in the past had to take this company to small claims court. Do not use this bunch of cowboys under any circumstances !

As the company owner I would like to repond to this malicious report against our established business which has over a ten year history in this sector. in my entire 10 years of running this company we have never had a customers phones handled in this manner by any member of staff, all Phones are logged 24 hours with 1080p CCTV cameras and are trackable in any part of our store at all times.
All work is recorded and is visible on the large plasma display showing all repair bays which you are free to watch as your phones are being operated on. All recordings of the premises and repairs are stored for up to two months in a secure remote location and are easily retrievable over the network we have in place. We do this for our own and your security.
Our business has grown tremendously over the last few years due to the growth in the Apple repair market and we are currently the largest retail store offering Apple repairs, it is not surprising we are having pock shots taken at us by some of the less successful businesses in the leeds area. This review was actually copy and pasted from our places page which was provably written by a competitor is Leeds city centre. Our places page on google is probably one of the few listings that does not contain fake postive reviews and all of our customer reviews are real and the customer is contactable.
You do not get to be as successful as we have been by offering such appalling service as is indicated here. Most of our business is by recommendations and we are currently recognised as offering the most competitive pricing along with unrivaled service. in some ways I am happy this ficticious report was created as I would not have been able to respond with this rubuttal.
