AAMCO Charging an outragous amount for rebuilding transmission 2nd time, stating another part failed which in turn broke alot of the parts they installed the first time Lemon Grove California
I had my truck transmission rebuilt in June 2015, had 12,000/12 Month warranty on parts and labor. I don't drive truck very often. Less than 1,000 miles later, after the 12 months, my tranny started slipping. Took truck back to AAMCO, they stated another part failed which in turned heated up transmission, now have to have transmission rebuilt again with alot of same parts as before. Believe work was not done properly the fist time. A transmission rebuild should last a lot longer than 1,000 miles. Seems like shady work. Not at all impressed by this company.
